Tammy's Profile PageBiographyI am 43 just diagnosed breast cancer. I am a wife & mom with three children Jessica-12, Devin-10, and Lucas-7. Ironically, I used to be a Radiation Therapist and treat cancer patients 10 years ago..now I am on the receiving side of cancer treatment! Cancer SymptomsLump found at annual physical, mammogram negative (did not show up on mammo), ultrasound was considered benign (just watch). I saw a surgeon who again assumed 90% chance this is benign, but we can biopsy. My instincts and medical background were telling me to get a biopsy, so the next day after biopsy – I got the call that it was cancer. Comments: |
