Friends & Neighbors, We are setting up this blog so we can let you all know how Terry is getting along. We plan on offering updated information as we get it. As of now the plans are for Terry to have surgery on May 5 at Emory’s Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta. We have been told there is a good chance of removing a large portion of the tumor surgically and treating the rest begining four weeks later with radiation. Her doctor in Atlanta is Costas Hadjipanayis, MD, PhD, assistant professor of neurosurgery at Emory. He sounds real impressive. Please sign and leave comments and keep Terry and Randy in your thoughts and prayers. Everyone has been so kind and thoughtful and Terry and Randy are very greatful for all your kindness and concerns. The staff at the shopper is offering ribbons honoring Terry in our shopper colors, purple, red & blue (colors of our 3 county area), the cost is $5 and covers only our cost, many merchants are displaying the ribbons to show their feeling for Terry & Randy and how they are both in our hearts and prayers, Again thank you.
