Biography

I was a regular, normal, and happy mom to a 3-month-old baby boy, Adam. Just 26 years old, still breastfeeding, when I noticed that my milk production was reduced to almost nothing. I felt something funny one day in my right “puff”, it was hard like a marble, but elongated like a really long grain of rice. So I had it checked out.

A tumor.

My world fell, just came crashing down. Stage 1, still very early, very treatable. I decided then and there that there would be no surgery or radiation, and if needed, very little chemo. I don’t want to quit my job or lose my hair. And I don’t want to lose part of my femininity, most importantly.
So I’ll be undergoing a clinical trial, using my own immune system to attack the cancer cells at the core.
This doesn’t end here.
