Linda's Profile Page

Biography

I am a 55 year old “girl” who thought she was pretty healthy. I play tennis, attended a fitness boot camp for 8 months recently and do fitness workouts twice a week. I attempt to eat right but know I could do better in that area. I was devastated to learn I had anal cancer. I work as the Media Clerk at an elementary school. Every possible germ comes through that library everyday. I am not working during my treatments because of that. God, my family and friends are getting me through this journey. My husband is the BEST caregiver in the world. He has been my rock. I can do this, I will get through this, and I will be cured!

Comments:

Linda, I am sure that the chemo is shrinking the tumor! Let us know the scan results. I can’t imagine sitting for 8 hours getting chemo. I wonder why they don’t do the fanny packs. Well, take care and prayers are on their way for you sissie! Cherie

Hi Linda, Thank you for the early birthday wishes! How are you doing? How is your sister?

You will get through this!

Happy Birthday, Linda! I hope you have a wonderful day and don’t forget to celebrate! Love you!
