Biography

Just a normal upbeat energetic guy who was sailing through life like everybody else. Then I hit a detour. Cancer has no idea that it chose the wrong guy to pick a fight with! I’m an Aries and I always win and put up a great battle doing so!

Taking the journey with Sammy my love and best friend. We are each others rock. She even wears a Habs rally shirt for me even though she’s a Leaf’s fan :)

On a regular day…if we have those lately…I’m a real estate agent (Broker) with RE/MAX in Ontario, Canada. Sammy is licensed too.

Sore throat, what we thought were nose bleeds
4cm tonsil tumour, 2cm lymph node tumour
Stage 3

Tonsil Biopsy 11/7/11

Radiation or Proton Therapy Description, Dates & Side Effects

Radiation start date – 12/5/11
5x/wk. x 7 wks.
Mouth sores, sore throat, hair loss on back of head – just a strip between the ears, cold all the time, more tired than normal

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects

Chemo – Cisplatin – Day 1 of week 1 / week 4 / week 7

Aww Sammy, that’s very sweet. I’m really flattered that you dedicated your Teddy the Tonsil Tumor web post to me.
Very good job on that post, I might add. Absolutely compelling story; and who needs sci-fi with those pics of Teddy. I hope it inspires others to get things checked out more thoroughly.
