Biography

Wm (Bill) was diagnosed Feb 17,2005. He went through a long hard battle with small cell lung cancer it was only about well he past Sept 9 2005, Dad married mom (Shirley) Oct 1 1966 but been together since 7th grade. Let me tell you I have never known such a strong man that would let his illness put him down..july 2 was my moms birthday and the night before my dad wanted me to go shopping with me. I thought that was the greatest thing ever concidering my dad and I never really went shopping togeter. He wanted me to pick out there wedding sets cause dad was going to renue there vows on moms birthdat as a surprize.Well I got a preacher and called family all around Illinois to come and lo and behold they renewed there vows on moms birthday July2,2005. Dad knew that he wouldnt make it till Oct 1,2005 it was a sight I would never forget. By the way Im Becky Richno 33 yrs and my brother is Bill Richno 40yrs. the days leading up to my dads passing he still drove, went fishing and hunting the day before he past. The sad part about all of this is the local hospital and his doctor knewdad had a spot on his lung and kidney 3 yrs earlyier… My mom is still having a hard time diealing with his passing, well I guess I am too….Dads death certifacate said he died from Agent Orange,Black lung, Enphazima,Lung cancer, Kidney Cancer, he was a mess but would never show it. I could write a book about my dad…. GOD REST YOUR SOUL DAD! WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU….... BECKY
