Chris Wark's Profile

Biography

Hi! My name is Chris Wark, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer in 2003, at 26 years old. Instead of chemo, I changed my diet and did every alternative therapy I could find. Today 8 years later by the grace of God, I'm alive and kicking; and cancer free!!! People are constantly asking me what I did, so I started a blog called chrisbeatcancer.com to share my story; my discoveries about health and wellness; and what I did to beat cancer. In the beginning I was desperate to find people who beat cancer without chemo and it wasn't easy. So now I'm here to share my story and help anyone who wants to know what I did: the anti-cancer diet, detoxing, alternative therapies, supplements, etc. The body is designed to heal itself. And when given the proper nutrients, the body WILL heal itself. You have options outside of the brutal and vastly ineffective conventional treatments. I have created a massive resource at chrisbeatcancer.com for anyone who wants to know exactly what I did. You can also find me on Facebook, twitter, tumblr and youtube. Hit me up anytime! :) (((c))) Please get in touch if you have any questions. Chris

Hi Chris - thank you for adding me as your friend. Yours is the only profile on which I have left comments. I should note that I do not have cancer. I was a caregiver for my brother-in-law who passed away from colorectal cancer one year ago at age 38. I haven't felt it's appropriate here to share my own story but I joined because I feel like I am part of this community. I continue to try to educate people about colon cancer and try to live as healthy as I can (physically and spiritually), so that I am better prepared to fight in case I am ever diagnosed with cancer. Best wishes to you for your continued health! - Alena
Chris, please keep sending us your great information. You, and others like you, have made me a believer about food and its connection to our well-being! BWK
