Worthington Fire Department and my band students held a spaghetti dinner for my extra food and medical expenses – What a wonderful gift. I thought all those band kids hated me for being strict and somewhat “Irish Tempermental”

Irish is good! Go get ‘em! Do ya have the accent? wish I did!

Pat,
They are going to do IMRT only on the right. He thinks he can save the parotid on the left and salvage some saliva.

Thanks for the photo comment-hope you’re having a terrific 4th of july! Ann

Hey there – manuka is awesome! Really – it may sting a bit if you have open mouth sores – if you can tough it out once you’ve swallowed the honey – the sting will subside amatory mouth will feel better – try doing it 3 or 4 time a day – before rads (15 minutes) after – after meals. It is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic! Take a teaspoon put it in your mouth – let it melt – swish it for 2-3 minutes – then swallow it will take a day or two but it will help – bread is doable got me but I’m staying away from white bread. Revamping my diet! Oh – if you Gage real trouble tolerating the straight honey – try melting it in a teaspoon of warm water – it won’t burn as much – good luck!

Hey Pat, Just checked out your home page, and I happened to click on “Love Shack” & it made me really smile. It’s cracking me up. Nice distraction before I do some exercising & then head off to the SF Giants vs Reds baseball game.
Happy Sunday.
Peace Out, Nicole (Lady of the Larynx)
