Biography

my wife angel (30 yr old) was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer with met to liver, lungs and lymph nodes november 10th, 2007. colon resection shortly after. treatment of folfox + 5fu for three cycles, which she did not respond to. now on folfiri + 5fu, avastin, cetuximab (erbitux), lungs and lymph nodes decreasing, and liver tumors held at bay. also has severe saddle bag pulmonary embolism in her lungs, and one clot in brain. she is in the fight for her life, and i am by her side every hour of the day, and helping her in every way possible.
i want to share both our blog entries from blogspot so we can get/give additional support from/for other survivors/spouses/caregivers. we are not alone!
